How you make money

The REIT pays investors through quarterly income distributions as well as value earned through appreciation in the shares they own. Upside Avenue projects a 10-15% total return annually. Approximately half of that overall return will be in the form of quarterly distributions that stem from the net income of assets in the portfolio.

I wanted the benefits of real estate investing but don't have the time to do the actual deals myself right now. I like Upside Avenue because it gives me the opportunity to start earning some cash flow now until I can start investing directly into real estate myself.
