Beanstox is an SEC-registered robo-advisor founded in 2018 and co-founded by Shark Tank personality Kevin O'Leary and CEO Connor O'Brien, a Wall Street veteran with over three decades of industry experience. The platform targets the 100+ million Americans who have no investment account, positioning itself around a "Seriously Simple Investing®" philosophy: answer a short questionnaire, get assigned a personalized ETF portfolio, set up recurring deposits, and let automation handle the rest. Brokerage services are provided by DriveWealth LLC, a FINRA/SIPC member, and client accounts are SIPC-protected up to $500,000.
